Children’s Resources Kick-Off Celebration, benefiting children with special needs, was held at the trendy Conrad Hotel in Downtown Miami on November 5^th, 2016. It was a special night for Founder Peggy Armaly as her son Stephen Armaly was installed as the new President, along with the Executive Board. Outgoing President, Les Eisenberg was applauded for his leadership and philanthropy. The Presidents Council and Executive Board were also recognized for their support and dedication. This coalition of leaders remains a strong force behind the success of our organization. Guests were treated to a special musical inspiration by 16-year-old volunteer Elizabeth Bales, who received a standing ovation and an exciting performance from the students of Dance Unlimited. Guests danced to the wonderful sounds of the Steve Chase Orchestra. As the evening concluded, Executive Director, Gigi Del Valle thanked the staff for their daily work with the children, receiving re-accreditation from NAEYC and 5 stars from the Early Learning Coalition. The celebration will continue with our 39^th Annual Musical Gala “Star Struck” held on Saturday, April 8^th, 2017 at the elegant Four Seasons Hotel.
